Saturday to Saturday bookings only during the ‘High Season’ (unless by special arrangement). Rental commences at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10.00am on the day of departure.
A deposit of £50 per week booked is required on acceptance of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. We strongly advise you to take out appropriate holiday insurance.
The balance is to be paid in full a minimum of six weeks before arrival. Payment may be made by Sterling/Euro cheque or by bank transfer – bank details are available on request Sorry – no credit cards!
Prices include bed linen, bath and hand towels, electricity, gas, water, use of the swimming pool and grounds. The electric heating system can be turned on if requested at a charge of 20 Euros per week.
A refundable security deposit of 100 Euros per cottage is payable on arrival to cover the cost of breakages and or damage.
Tenants are asked to leave the cottages as they find them. A final cleaning charge of 30 Euros will be deducted from the security deposit if they are not.
We are sorry that we cannot accept pets of any kind.
No responsibility can be taken by the owners or the letting agents for accidents to persons playing in or near the swimming pool. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians for their children whilst in and around the pool.
